6. The perfect bimbo tits – Implants – Types and sizes (tear, bulge, round, natural, 50cc – >1050cc, textured & smooth)

Let’s dive deeper into the topic of different types and sizes of implants, after we talked about the necessity of “plastic implants” for bimbos and the general different types of implants there are. Now, while I just mentioned our last post concerning the general implants, I received some additions and details about the subject from my colleague, bimbo tits specialist and blogger @tillhammerstahl, who had some more things to add and some useful and further interesting information, which I already edited in to that post – so be sure to have a look at “Part IV” of our PBA series “The Perfect Bimbo Tits” again – and of course visit his fantastic blog: https://tillhammerstahl.tumblr.com/ . We already learned about the basic types of implants and their filler materials, so you do know, that nowadays the decision basically has to be made between “silicone” and “saline” – but there are some more aspects coming into play, depending on what material you are going for:

Silicone

Old & New – What about sizes?

Last time, I told you, that 1050cc is the maximum size you can have when it comes to default silicone implants – and while that is true, it doesn’t mean your surgeon will be able to give you those 1050cc: In the US, the maximum size a silicone implant is allowed to have to be inserted into the body, is 800cc – the maximum size many US producers have available. So, if you still want to get some bigger tits (always a good idea), you have to find a surgeon in Europe (for example) who is willing to work with those 1050cc, if you don’t want to spend that extra money for some way bigger custom silicone implants – which is, of course, possible: German bimbo goddess Sophia Vegas has some custom shaped 1300cc silicone implants, and there isn’t really anything that prevents her from getting even bigger custom silicone tits… However, back in the days, there were way bigger standard silicone implants, but in contrast to the absolute safe silicone gel implants which are used today, old silicone implants were filled up with liquid silicone that could be really dangerous when damaged and leaking. This is the reason why those old implants are banned in the western world today.

Shapes of silicone implants

Basically, there are three different variants of shapes when it comes to silicone implants: 1. Round, 2. Teardrop and 3. Custom. We already talked about those custom implants, these are the way to go if you want to have more than 1050cc and/or a custom shape you thought about. Round implants, or bulges, maybe are the first choice for most bimbo dolls out there: This is because of the possibility to get them with those said 1050cc and because of the final look you can achieve. These implants are not really created to achieve a “most natural and therefore flawed look”, but a distinguished “perfect” and “esthetically appealing” look. Round silicone tits are like most men would describe their “dream boobs”: Standing straight, bulging, big and round. “Teardrops” however are conceived to “hide” the artificial implant and to give the impression of some big natural tits. This is achieved through the more natural “teardrop” shape of the implant, and the fact that those implants are only available in a size of 650cc maximum – because anything bigger wouldn’t look natural anyways. Not all manufacturers do produce all sizes and/or all shapes! In addition, different products of different manufacturers may differ from each other. This does manifest itself when it comes to the “stiffness” or the “hardness” of the silicon gel itself, where different producers create different types of gel. However, in some cases, most certainly if you order pure custom implants, you are able to decide how “hard” the silicon gel should be. You can go from very natural like to rock hard fake tits. In combination with the placement over the muscle, a very high projection and a big size, this will result in those super-bolt-on tits you often see. On the other hand, with a little smaller projection, a placement under the muscle and soft silicon gel, you can get huge tits which feel and look very natural.

Textured or smooth

Silicone implants are available with a smooth surface or some sort of structured texture. While being more expensive, this structure is designed to reduce the likelihood of a capsular fibrosis.

Projections

The projection bascially means what profile the implants have (the forward projection). There are four main different profile types:

Low Profile

These are the implants with the smallest forward projection. They actually have less projection than implants traditionally have, and are usually a good fit for wider framed patients. These implants are often used for girls who don’t want that bimbo appeal and keep their breasts appeal natural.

Moderate Profile

These are more or less the “normal” implants. Moderate profiles give your tits a little extra boost and can usually be recognized as “fake”. Used by many bimbo dolls.

High Profile

A typical choice for many bimbos. These implants are considered as “unnatural looking” and often result in that “bolted on look”. A real boost for your tits and ideal for that typical bimbo appeal (especially when applied “over the muscle” – something we will talk about in Part V of this series). The difference is quite big, for example: A 175cc high profile implant has the equivalent projection of a 475cc moderate (standard) implant with much less lateral width.

Extra-High Profile

These implants are not manufactured by every company, but result in the highest projection you can get.

Saline

Now let’s have a closer look at the second option. We already talked about those “normal” saline implants, the pros and cons, and what they basically are. A special type of saline implants are so called “saline expander implants”, often just called expanders. Those implants were invented to fill the gap which was created when the string implants we talked about disappeared. Expanders are basically the same thing as normal saline implants, but can be filled via a special port – even after the surgery is done and the implant is placed. The benefits are obvious: The scars this technique creates are much smaller, because the implant can be filled up after it is inserted, and of course, the biggest benefit of them all: The expanders can be filled up every now and then, even long after the surgery was completed. That means, a bimbo doll with expanders is able to increase the size of her tits in regular steps with just a small intervention and without the need to replace the whole implant.

Overfilling

Saline implants and expanders in particular, can be “overfilled”. That means, that the implant can actually contain more volume than it was originally made for. This results in very big and very bulky tits. The overfilling can be done in steps, long after the surgery – if the doll has said expanders. However, even those expanders can’t go over their limit without end! Bimbo rolemodel Mary Madison Love had her expanders at 150% (3000cc) of what should actually be the maximum of volume for her implants. So – even there, many bimbo dolls and big titted girls have to get their expanders replaced some day in the future, if they desire to go even bigger, even beyond the limits of their implants. By the way: Overfilling those implants in such an extreme manner is not  recommended and should only be done in a set and short timeframe! Maybe because of the possibilities these expanders give, they are not made for eternity (stress factor), so they don’t come with the lifetime warranty silicone and normal saline implants come with.

Conclusion

I decided to add a special part 25 to this series “The procedure of getting implants”, because the topic is far to big to be covered in just 4 sub parts about implants in this series. We will cover some aspects of implants even further in part 5 “Types of accommodation (over the muscle, under the muscle, scars)“ – and add a summary and final conclusion in part 7.
