9. The perfect bimbo tits – Workout and training to get the tits of a bimbo into shape

Welcome to the next part of our ongoing series “the perfect bimbo tits”! It is absolutely unbelievable, but until now, we didn’t had a single post about work-outs and athletic training, although these topics are the absolute bread and butter for EVERY bimbo doll and EVERY bimbo trainee and absolutely mandatory and necessary to maintain a perfect body and a shape that can be deemed bimbo-worthy. In fact, I’ve often been asked to post some articles about good bimbo work-out plans – and I absolutely plan to do so, but we will begin with this as a part of our series about the perfect bimbo tits.

Please bear in mind, that this work-out is absolutely NOT MEANT to replace a normal, standard bimbo work-out and/or the time a bimbo spends in the gym and the special exercises you perform there and/or your yoga-exercises! This plan is meant to be an ADDITION to your regular work-out and the exercises you perform in the gym! Perform your regular work-out, be diligent and hardworking – perform this work-out in addition, at least 3 times a week, best every other day! It should take you between 30 minutes and 1 hour, when you are at home! These exercises can be performed while watching TV, or whatever, without any problems.

Always use both papers, A & B when you plan your additional work-out and go through all of those 6 sets, but you may alternate between different exercises where an “OR” is present! For one week use option A, next week switch to option B where an “OR” allows you to do so. If items are needed you don’t have available, pick the “OR” option instead!

Do NOT forget to warm up before you begin your training! Jogging or spinning for 10 – 15 minutes is perfect!

Attention: For best results, combine this exercise plan with the massage-techniques we already learnt about, to achieve perfect bimbo tits – and further elements we will talk about in the future!

Why this work-out is important in addition to your regular work-out:

For bimbos without already enhanced tits (looking forward to get implants)

1. Like in the post about “procedures to increase the size and state
of tits in a natural way
”, there aren’t very strong medical evidences, that you can grow your tits by just working-out – because there aren’t any muscles involved that can be trained which would then enhance the size of your tits by getting bigger and stronger. Breasts just don’t consist of trainable muscle mass! However, there are other effects involved, that let your tits -appear- bigger, when you work-out and perform this special training, something we will have a look at in the next paragraph. In addition, a small amount of size-increase CAN happen, because of tissue stimulation and enhanced blood circulation! No matter if you already have big, natural tits – they should be even bigger (especially if you are not fulfilling the basic rule regarding bimbo tit sizes)!

2. As I already stated, by working out, you can let your tits appear bigger as they are. By training and strengthening your pectoral muscles, your tits will be firmer, stand upright and appear bigger because your breast tissue will be pushed out by the muscles. In addition their appeal will be healthier and younger!

3. Just like the massage techniques we already talked about, training your chest will prepare your breasts for your augmentation in a perfect way! As already said multiple times, no matter if you already have big, natural tits, getting bigger implats is mandatory!

For bimbo with already enhanced tits

1. Even if you already have some huge, enhanced tits, even some that do fulfill the basic rule about the size of perfect bimbo tits, there is absolutely NO reason why they shouldn’t be bigger! Benefitting from the two reasons above “increasing the size in a natural way by working-out” and “just letting them appear bigger by working-out” is an auspicious occasion for every bimbo (even with big, enhanced tits) and should be taken at all costs!

2. The same reasons, regarding a healthy, firm and young appeal, as stated above come into account here.

3. Working-out and training your complete upper body, the chest, the arms and the shoulders is VERY important when you got yout tits enhanced. Many bimbo dolls do carry implants between 1050cc and 3000cc, that means 2 up to 6 kg of additional weight. The humand body needs to be strengthened and trained to stem this additional weight, without getting health problems or pain. This work-out aims at supporting the complete upper body to maintain a healthy body without any problems regarding heavy implants or big breasts in general. In addition, this work-out will prevent your enhanced tits from getting saggy or low-hanging!

As I already said, this work-out is a perfect supplement to your regular training and helps you not only in getting perfect bimbo tits, but even a perfect body too! There is a reason why (for example) bimbo goddess and rolemodel Candy Charms performs some of these exercises and works out regularly (see picture above!)! Take her as your guiding light!!!

To the trainers:

You may give this work-out plan to your trainees! Make it clear, that these exercises are only an addition to their regular work-out! Supervise their training and pay attention to their efficency – especially if you know that your trainee is hard to motivate and feels no joy in working-out and/or is a lazy, little girl!!! If she doesn’t work out regularly or performs these exercises lukewarm, incomplete and/or incorrect – it is YOUR fault! I have no sympathies for trainers who do want it all and expect the best results in no time, but can’t be bothered with looking into the stressfull and tiring stuff that is not about simple sex. Take care for your trainees!
