10. The perfect bimbo tits – Nutrition and supplements to support the tits of a bimbo

Attention: Always talk to your doctor and consult a dietitian before you change your eating habits or create a diet plan! Make sure to eat balanced and healthy! In order to achieve and maintain a perfect bimbo body, you have to carefully plan and organize your nurture and perform regular work outs and training!

Achieving the perfect bimbo tits is always a fight on three different sides: “A” in our series stands for everything surgically enhanced, plastic and artificially optimized (plastic, implants, etc.) – by far the most important factor when it comes to perfect bimbo tits. “B” is where we talk about everything you can do to enhance the size of your tits in a natural way, influence the general appeal, support the tissue and minimize the stretch and hanging (work out, massages with special oils, induced lactation). “C” is about optical illusions, optimal portrayal, auxiliaries and accessories to let your tits appear bigger, better, more beautiful and more noticeable (push-ups, make up, poses, tops, etc.). The fight on one of these sides is now coming to an end: Today we are talking about the last topic in section “B”, the natural ways to support and enhance your tits.

Whether you have big, natural tits, or small ones, hanging breasts or perky boobs is mainly determined by your genes. This is something you have no influence on, a matter of fact you can not change. However, the shaping of your breasts and their size is depending on body hormones like testosterone, which is the primary male sex hormone, which will suppress growth of breasts and is also undesirable for a bimbo by all accounts (negative effects on body shape, voice, etc.) and estrogen, the primary female hormone. Estrogen and also phytoestrogen, progesterone and prolactin and other substances are able to influence your body in a way that leads to bigger and more voluminous tits. While there is still missing hard, scientific evidence for a significant, natural enlargement of female breasts, when these substances are consumed, by eating food which contains them, there are many anecdotal stories of reasonable increases of size and appeal. What is undoubted is, that a proper nourishment, that contains many of the given foods above, will lead to firmer, less hanging and better looking tits, when combined with special work outs. A complete plan, with a proper diet, the foods above, work out and training and massages with special oils, will result in a more defined shape, strong tissue, healthy and appealing breasts – and maybe even in a significant increase in size. However, as we already discussed – getting some big implants is inevitable! But even there this plan will help you: The right nourishment, work out and massages will not only support your breasts for the upcoming surgery, it will even help your tits to recover and let them appear even better afterwards! Always follow that plan, no matter if you already have implants or if you already respect the basic rule regarding the minimal size of a bimbos tits.

One downside to some of these foods is the fact, that you may gain body weight by eating them excessively. Make sure you counter that by training the areas of your body where no fat is desired (thats everywhere…apart from the tits) and with regular work outs! Respect your diet plan, its balance and its calorie-goals!

The effect of body hormones, even beyond genetic predisposition, can be seen if you have a look at bimbo Joyce Gibson, aka. Alexis Love (pictures shown above): When she came out of retirement at 43 years old, after she modeled as a playmate in the mid-70s, something had changed: Joyces breasts had grown from 40DD to 48DDD – which was confirmed by the UCLA Medical Center, validating that her tits were indeed 100% natural. Joyce credited a “hormone shift” for the massive growth of her breasts, which is absolutely not unrealistic. While we can’t confirm that Joyce achieved this by eating special food with high concentrations of phytoestrogen, progesterone and prolactin, or by working out or massaging her breasts – you can see how powerful these hormones are. Such an increase in size at the age of 29 (last seen with her small breasts before she disappeared until 1993) – and such good looking, firm, big and very little hanging, natural rack on a woman of the age of 43 is pretty remarkable.
