4. The perfect bimbo tits – Implants – Types of implants (saline, silicone, strings, filler, internal bra, fat)

Welcome back to our ongoing series “The PBA guide to the perfect bimbo tits”! In part III we talked about “the necessity of plastic”,  and the enormous meaning “plastic”, as a collective term for artificially enhanced tits, has for each and every single bimbo doll and the bimbo culture in general. As we already stated there, plastic can mean different types and materials of implants which are used to greatly enhance the size of a bimbos tits and to shape their form, a topic we will focus on this time. Notice: This part of the series is not about sizes though, something we will cover in the near future, but we already determined the minimum size a bimbos tits should have, in our basic rule regarding the size of a bimbos tits, no matter of what material they are made of. So, after we found out, that “plastic enhanced” tits are mandatory for every bimbo and gimbo doll, and what size they should at least have, every trainee has to decide what look she wants to go for regarding her tits. Not only the sheer size and the method how those implants are put into place, but also the type of implants and the filling material play a big role in how the dolls rack will look like in the end. There are many different filler materials, and we already spoke about the dark ages of breast enhancement, when dubious and simply terrifying substances were used to enhance tits and we already spoke about some ways to increase the size of tits in some natural ways (something every bimbo doll should do, no matter if she already got her implants or not) so let’s have a look at the most common implants we have available today first: Saline and silicone – and don’t forget more than 300.000 breast enhancements are done each year:

Silicone Implants

By far the most common type of breast implants. Silicone implants got approved by the FDA in 2006, even if they were used since 1962 and are regarded as very safe, which is why they usually come with a lifetime warranty. Many of our legendary rolemodels and many, many bimbo dolls in general have some large silicone implants, like bimbo goddess and queen Candy Charms, bimbo trailblazer Lolo Ferrari and classic dream babe SaRenna Lee. Silicone is what comes closest to the term “plastic” and is an absolut essential part of the bimbo lifestyle. But what are the pro’s and con’s of these implants? Please be aware, that many of these “pro’s and con’s” strongly lie in the eye of the beholder! While there are some objective differences, like medical ones, or financial ones, often it is a matter of preference of each doll, whether she prefers firm, bolted on tits, or some natural looking ones. Keep that in mind! Silicone implants are gel filled silicone shells, which hold together uniformly while retaining a natural indulgence that resembles breast tissue, with a natural feel and appearance. Unlike saline, silicone tends to be soft and flexible, so giving a more realistic feel and look, like natural breasts would have. Of course this is strongly tied to the overall size of the implant! Silicone implants are far less likely to ripple than saline implants and allow far more possibilities of custom shapes, like teardrops or complete custom shapes like Sophia Vegas has. On the other hand: Silicone implants come with a set fill volume, which makes it necessary to replace the complete implant if the doll decides to change her size. Another downside is the fact, that silicone implants are usually more expensive than saline implants and usually come in certain sizes off the rack. That means, while saline implants can be “upgraded” individually and refilled, silicone implants have a dedicated size which is usually available in certain steps. These mass-produced implants usually reach up to 1050cc, increasing the costs for bigger, custom made implants drastically! Because silicone implants are significantly lighter than saline, the risk of downward displacement due to gravity is much lower over time. So, we can summarize, that silicone is highly customizable regarding the form of the implant – NOT the size, relatively inflexible regarding custom sizes and fill volumes, far more expensive than saline, especially away from off the rack sizes and creates a far more natural look, shape and feel. Silicone implants don’t fall to gravity as much as saline, are not as heavy and create less ripples. A perfect choice for every bimbo doll!

A special technique that is bound to silicone implants, invented by german Dr. Axel Neuroth, is the “internal bra technique”. An internal bra is formed of the natural breast tissue in which the silicone implant is placed. This internal bra sticks to the skeletal structure of the body and decreases the weight the body has to stem all the time. This can reduce dorsal pain which sometimes occurs when large implants are worn over a certain amount of time and reduces the effect of gravity even more by countering the drooping of the breasts.

Well known manufacturers: Sebbin, Polytech (german producer, open for custom creations), Allergan, Mentor (Rolls Royce of implants) and with some concessions Natrelle and Motiva.

Saline Implants

The second most common type of implants. Exactly like silicone implants, saline implants are regarded as very safe and got approved by the FDA in May 2000, even before silicone did, which is why these usually come with a lifetime warranty too. Many well known bimbo girls and some of our rolemodels have some fairly large saline implants, like german bimbo princess Vanity Porn and Essex superstar Essexbunny. Saline implants have an outer shell, made of silicone, which holds the sterile saline solution inside. This saline liquid is basically a saltwater solution similar to the fluid that makes up most of the human body, that is why the saline will be absorbed harmlessly by the body if an implant rupture occurs, while silicone gel (even if not toxic) has to be removed by a surgeon. Being not as flexible as silicone implants, regarding the shape, saline implants tend to be more “round” than silicone implants, creating those well known orbs. Most woman who have received saline implants compare their feel to that of a water balloon, which is no wonder, because depending on the fill volume, saline implants have a more artificial and firmer touch to them, letting them look and feel not as natural as silicone implants (some would describe them has “hard”, depending on the fill level). One of the big advantages of saline implants, is the possibility to not only adjust the volume of the implant during the surgery individually but, if the implant is designed so, even long after the surgery. These refillers, give the bimbo doll the opportunity to increase the size of her tits on the fly with just a small interference, and without the need to remove the old implants and buy completely new, bigger ones. These implants can be “overfilled”, which gives the typical look many bimbo lovers love (Essexbunny). Another benefit is the smaller price a doll has to pay, not only for those sizes above 1050cc: Saline implants are cheaper than silicone implants. On the other hand, saline implants are not only more affected by gravity, due to their increased weight, resulting in drooping breasts over time, but are known to create more ripples. Equally a perfect choice for bimbo dolls!

Now lets have a look at the two less common implant types:

String implants

Polypropylene implants were invented by noted cosmetic surgeon Dr. Gerald W. Johnson, as a solution for women who wanted truly gigantic breasts, but are not anymore available in most western countries. In the 90s, these implants were promoted as “the next big thing” in cosmetic breast augmentations, because of one phenomenal aspect: These implants let the tits of a girl grow over time without limits! The system behind this bold claim is fairly easy to understand: Polypropylene implants absorb body fluids (about <0.01% in 24 hours) and save them, letting the breasts grow indefinitely. In the short period when these implants were implanted, many well known stars of the bimbo culture saw their opportunity: Maxi Mounds, Chelsea Charms, Elizabeth Starr and Minka (to name only just a few) did make a decision and became famous with their truly massive big tits – just because of those string implants. The idea of evergrowing tits is something that is often used in many fictional stories about bimbofication and the charme of this is undeniable but in reality, this comes with some downsides: Because the process of body liquid absorption is uncontrolled and the shape that will result from this is not artificially designed, the outcome is a sheer matter of luck. Although the implants have a rough tendency to remain a round shape, you can see that many tits with these implants ended up in a rather shapeless condition. Another thing is that because of the sheer weight the tits will fall victim to gravity over a certain amount of time, and because the caught fluid doesn’t stay in a designed shape, tits with a string implant will droop and may end up saggy. However, for most bimbos this isn’t even an option: In 2001 the FDA pulled the plug and removed string implans from the market because of medical considerations. This is why you won’t find the possibility to get string implants in most western countries, but there are still places in the world where you can still get them. I wouldn’t recommend those, because I don’t think the FDA removed these implants without a reason, but there are still open questions regarding this decision, more than ever if you have a look at the letter the inventor of these magical implants wrote in 2001. Although only used over a short amount of time, string implants have created the largest recorded increases in breast size due to surgical augmentation, to sizes which are impossible to achieve with other techniques, and therefore have to be mentioned in an article about the perfect bimbo tits.

Fat Grafting

A technique that is used only rarely to enhance a womans breast in the USA and Europe, more well known to shape and enhance a womans ass, but used more oftenly to increase tits in Asia, where silicone or saline implants are far less in use. Here too the idea is simple: Fat cells are extracted from a girls body, from areas where it shouldn’t be (like the belly, for example) and are injected into the girls breasts to increase the size. So far, so simple, and it does sound pretty good: Natural tissue injected into the breasts meaning everything stays all natural. Apart from the fact, that this clashes with the necessity of plastic for a bimbo doll, there are some major downsides to this too: The injected cells are mainly “dead cells”, which means that they will be removed by the immune system over time, resulting in shrinking breasts. Far worse are also the possibilities for those cells to form fatty cysts or chronic inflammatory or other effects which may result in lumpiness and other problems. Another problem is the size a girl can achieve with this: In most cases an increase of more than a cup (in extremely positive conditions 2 cups) is not possible. The only real upside here is the fact, that the girl loses fat on her body where it doesn’t belong and gets it packed where it belongs. But in the end, this is a technique not really recommended for aspiring bimbos, at least not now, maybe we just have to wait a few more years, because this whole procedure is a fairly young one.

A new technique called Cell-Assisted Lipotransfer (CAL) is currently being tested out. Japanese scientist Kotaro Yoshimura of Tokyos university of medicine invented a procedure where many of the problems, like arising necrosis among the “dead fat cells” doesn’t occur. The Cellport Clinic Yokohama did offer this technique first, but meanwhile it did spread to the USA and even to Austria.

Soybean oil implants

Another curious and fugacious occurence. From the mid 90s to the millennium these implants were on the market, filled with soybean oil, but the oil tended to become rancid and created problems, so these implants were forbidden very quickly and are not being transplanted any more. Bimbo and german pornstar “Gina Wild” did possess these implants.

Natural Breast Augmentations

This is just a annotation, because natural breast augmentations don’t count as implants (which are mandatory for bimbo dolls), no matter how they are achieved (if even possible in a considerable scale). We already talked about a way to benefit the size of a bimbos tits and we may talk about some other techniques and even items to increase breast sizes, but keep in mind: Natural breast augmentations are ALWAYS only an additional support for a bimbos tits! Big, plastic implants are a must have, and these techniques should be used in addition to support the tits of a bimbo!

Additional thoughts

So, what is the best option for a bimbo doll? Of course, implants are mandatoryand a true bimbo doll should go really, really big. But what type of implant she uses, is really up to her and maybe her trainer/partner/master. I talked about the up- and downsides of the different implants, and every bimbo should decide what kind of look and feel she wants to have. As you can see, no matter what type you chose – every technique spawned some of the greatest rolemodels the bimbo culture has to offer, so it just depends on your personal taste. Think about it and make up your mind how you’re about to achieve the perfect bimbo tits.
