Bimbos and high heels belong together – therefore, I assume you, as a dedicated bimbo trainee wear heels each and every day and are very confident that you can indeed walk in high heels and would confidently answer the question of whether you mastered it with “yes” – but can you, just by the way you walk, make cars stop, cause crowds of people, turn heads, draw all eyes to you, and bring everything around you to a standstill? Well, I guess not – but that should be the ultimate goal of a bimbo, regarding her skill of walking in high heels – exactly like the absolute goddesses of this ability managed to do it, for example Monica Bellucci, Dita von Teese and – of course, Marilyn Monroe…
“I’ll never forget the day Marilyn and I were walking around New York City, just having a stroll on a nice day. She loved New York because no one bothered her there like they did in Hollywood, she could put on her plain-Jane clothes and no one would notice her. She loved that. So, as we we’re walking down Broadway, she turns to me and says, ‘Do you want to see me become her?’ I didn’t know what she meant but I just said ‘Yes’ — and then I saw it. I don’t know how to explain what she did because it was so very subtle, but she turned something on within herself that was almost like magic. And suddenly cars were slowing, and people were turning their heads and stopping to stare. They were recognizing that this was Marilyn Monroe as if she pulled off a mask or something, even though a second ago nobody noticed her. I had never seen anything like it before.” – Amy Greene, wife of Marilyn’s personal photographer Milton Greene.
There is some kind of magic involved, seeing a woman walking in high heels – provided she really knows how to do it. Listen, wearing high heels is always better than not wearing high heels, it is one of the undisputed rules for bimbos, and it always looks aesthetically correct and mesmerizing, no matter if the girls just stands, sits or lies there, not really moving at all – but the real magic only happens when motion is introduced to the picture, well controlled, suitable, elegant, aesthetic movement. The type of motion we are looking for, is something you can learn. Yes, of course, talent is also a factor, but in general, the look we are going after, is usually hard earned by women who chose to work, practice and learn to be able to perform in high heels in a way, that draws all eyes on them and lets something so natural as walking appear as a form of high art – which it undoubtedly is.
We talked A LOT about the art of walking in high heels and how the get to a level that turns heads, from the very first steps up to advanced techniques to enhance the sex appeal of your walk, so let us first consolidate what we learned so far:
– How to learn and practice to walk and move in high heels
This is already a lot of material to work with and something you should practice each and every day, over YEARS until you get into the upper echolon of women who mastered this high art, like bimbo rolemodel and sex symbol Marilyn Monroe did. Back in the days, when we had our bimbo rolemodel article about Marilyn, which was super basic and short (hey, the PBA was still very young), I tried to hammer home the fact, that Marilyns legendary aura and appeal wasn’t solely the consequence of talent and nature’s gift – but the result of YEARS of night long practice, extreme dedication and discipline, hours over hours of hard work and months of study and training. Marilyns foundation for this framework was a book, a book I managed to misname in the original article about her: “The Thinking Body” (not “The Talking Body” – how I named it. What a moron I am…). This book served as her Bible and marked the foundation of her daily training and practice – the basis for hard, unforgiving hours and nights in front of a mirror, working on her body language, stance, posture, her walk in high heels and – her unmistakable trademark: Her hip swing.
Marilyn Monroes total mastery of swaying her hips while walking in high heels, cemented her rise to the Olympus of pop-cultural icons and stars and resulted in the “longest walk” in cinematic history, when the movie “Niagara” was released, with 116 feet of film dedicated to a single shot of her, walking away from the camera towards the Niagara Falls. This iconic and legendary scene in movie history drove men crazy and to the box office in droves, while debates were started about whether such sexualized scene in films should be allowed and whether such displays of female allure could lead to a decline in morals.” Let that sink in: We are talking about “swinging your hips while walking in high heels” – nothing more. Imagine such power and the undeniable magic of feminine grace and sex appeal!
“In the film “Niagara” they had that one shot of her [Marylin] walking away from the camera, and her very rear is just doing the most miracolus sexual things and I think it was that moment that kind of everybody went ‘What?! What are we looking at here?!’. Nobody had ever seen anybody walk like that in front of a camera before. She created it. And she created her whole persona.“ – (Taken from the documentary “Love, Marilyn”)
So, apart from her perfecting all of her movements, her posture and her body language, the cornerstone for the regular public mass hysteria and gatherings when Marilyn expressed her persona in motion – was her hip swing – and that is what we are looking at today.
We already talked about all the other aspects that make up Marilyns walk, the upright posture, the small, tiny steps, the imagination of your head being attached to a cloud, hovering above you – and yes, we also mentioned the importance of your hip movement – but we didn’t gave it the necessary spotlight yet:
“Look at that! Look how she moves! That’s just like Jell-O on springs. Must have some sort of built-in motor or something. I tell you, it’s a whole different sex!” – Jerry (Jack Lemmon as Gerald “Jerry” in “Some Like It Hot”, looking at Sugar Kanes (Marilyn Monroe) hip movement from behind, as she walks by in high heels.)
“...and Marilyns walk was described, I think very accurately – watching Marilyn walk in front of you, down a hallway or a street, it’s rather like watching two small boys having a pillow fight underneath a blanket…” – Marilyn Monroe Sexy Walk – “A Pillow Fight Beneath The Blanket” (Marilyn Monroe Video Archives)
As you can already guess, we are NOT talking about some “slight” or discrete swing here, like so many model-walk-coaches want to teach you these days – no, we are talking about very pronounced, extensive, swaying hips, resulting in the typical Marilyn Monroe “horizontal walk”, so: No holding back there! An overly pronounced, very visible hip swing, is generally regarded as something typically and originally feminine (as you can tell from the respective quote above and the scene in the movie) and exerts a nearly hypnotic effect on men, who just can’t help themselves and find themselves absolutely unable to look away in the face of the overwhelmingly feminine aura and the displayed aesthetic sex appeal. The fact that all male eyes will be glued to your butt, while you are just walking by, should already be reason enough for any aspiring bimbo to make use of this technique AT ALL TIMES and practice this until perfection is achieved, but in any case, by doing this, you will experience a completely new body feeling and confidence, which is also extremely important for the correct bimbo mindset.
“Embrace your hips!” – Marilyn Monroe (Marilyn Monroe shows how to walk)
“When you walk, always UP in front, and DOWN in back.” – Marylin Monroe (Marilyn Monroe shows how to walk)
The “horizontal walk” or what we are talking about today, is defined by the 8/8-rule for walking in high heels. Your hips should follow a hypothetical, flat lying eight in a smooth, fluent and elegant motion, while your whole body should also follow a thin, upright standing eight accordingly (have a look at the lesson paper above!). Hip movement is key – A LOT of hip movement (or as Marie-Christin Scherzer, head of the High Heels Academy in Vienna puts it: “There is nothing worse than a woman walking in high heels with stiff hips or no hip movement!” (have a look at one of her videos about the topic of hip movement here!)) – so, make sure to always move your hips in an excessive, elegant way! There is another video series on Youtube about this topic, where Marilyn Monroe also gets mentioned, something worthwhile checking out (some of her videos) to support your daily training – as long as you are wise enough to spot the “bimbo-unsuitable” tipps in this series.
To let this appear flowing, smooth and natural you will have to practice – A LOT. I am not speaking of “couple of minutes for a few days”, I am talking “hours – daily – for years” – but this is the only way to master the bimbo suitable walk in high heels and to achieve bimbo perfection in this aspect. I know what you are thinking now: “But didn’t Marilyn Monroe deliberately wore one heel slightly shorter than the other to achieve that much-imitated bum-wiggle?” – yes, this comes up every now and then, when people talk about her legendary way of moving her hips, but it is something I really want to dissuade you from! Walking in uneven heels WILL do harm to your body over time and cause permanent damage to your posture, your muscles and your bones – so PLEASE – don’t do it! With enough practice and dedication, you will be able to achieve the perfect bimbo walk in high heels without such problematic techniques, while respecting the number one rule for all bimbos: “Only a healthy bimbo is a good bimbo”! There are a lot of things modern, aspiring bimbo trainees can learn from Marilyn Monroe, and we already talked about a lot of these (f.e. most of the aspects mentioned in this video, like the permanent smile (here) or “the big, open eyes” (here) and her well known bedroom eyes (here)) – but the iconic hip swing is perhaps her most legendary trademark and one of the most important aspects of the proper bimbo appeal, which is why you should practice regulaly and make use of it – every single day, when walking in high heels – exactly like every good bimbo does. MAKE THEM CARS STOP and turn their heads!
