The PBA Guide to Bimbos and High Heels – 1. Introduction

I do not know who invented high heels, but women owe him a lot!” – Marilyn Monroe

High heels are perhaps the most defining pieces of fashion and wardrobe there are. There is simply nothing else with such great power and such great symbolism as a high heeled shoe. The mere iconographic presentation of a high heeled shoe makes immediately clear what the subject is all about: Femininity, grace, elegance, sex appeal, beauty, women, girls, style, fashion, design and aesthetics! This connection to the female sex is so strong and unambiguous, that there can be no doubts regarding the clear and dedicated affiliation of high heels to femininity, a fact that reflects itself in countless social truisms and platitudes dealing with the “shoe addicted female” and the alleged importance stilettos have for women. These stereotypical expressions have long since become a part of pop cultural anecdotes and media portrayals – but as always, there is truth to be found in these stereotypes: There are dozens of independent, scientific studies in which the whole topic of females and high heels and their reception by men was examined from different angles, always coming to the same conclusion: High heels are an unmistakable and uncompromising symbol of femininity and an integral component of what makes a female truly feminine – or as high heel god Christian Louboutin puts it:

The stiletto is a feminine weapon that men just don’t have.” – Christian Louboutin

or

A naked woman in heels is a beautiful thing. A naked man in shoes looks like a fool.” – Christian Louboutin

So, the connection is very clear – but something else becomes very apparent: Apart from the ties of high heels and femininity on a meta level, the shoes themselves are an important and distinct element when it comes to style choices of females: Already in the early 80s, a group of scientist discovered, that over 50% of the females on the front covers of pornographic magazines wore nothing else BUT high heels – findings that do not only strengthen the connection of femininity and high heeled shoes and the assumed effect on sex appeal, but also the presumption that high heels alone can be regarded as a “complete style”, an idea that gets support from a survey, in which women were asked if high heeled shoes can be an outfit in themselves – to which 90% of the females answered with “Yes”! Now, that we discovered how important high heels are for femininity, it is no stretch to make the assertion, that high heels are also extremely important when it comes to bimbofication. Overall, bimbofication is all about “hyper femininity”, as we already stated in our very basic articles about the definition of bimbofication and about what makes a bimbo a bimbo – so if high heels play a big role for femininity in general, it is save to assume that they play an even bigger and more important role in bimbofication – and that’s exactly true! This is the reason, why we are starting a new multiple parts series on the Pink Bimbo Academy, dealing with the topic of “Bimbos and High Heels”, in which we try to examine every aspect of this subject. To most of you, this will not be something completely new, regarding how many posts and articles we already had on the PBA dealing with this theme, but all of these will be integrated into this series, so in the end, we will have a complete overview of this topic. Before we continue with the table of content for this series, and – after that, with the introduction to this series, including a little history and the general connections and benefits of high heels and bimbos, there is a very important disclaimer I have to put up first:

As always: Health and safety first! Physical integrity of every bimbo and bimbo trainee is always the most important factor in bimbofication, so please, before you continue, make sure you and your feet are up for the challenge: 1. Only proceed with high heels if your feet are healthy and you have no physical impairments that could make walking in high heels dangerous or unsafe! 2. Find a good podiatrist to have a complete check up regarding your feet and posture! 3. Practice and start slowly, with smaller heels under ideal circumstances! 4. Invest in good shoes with very high quality to make sure that you don’t get any injuries from them! 5. Care for your feet with benefitial care products and relaxation exercises often and work out regularly to support your legs and your back!

History

Pandora opened the box with the new high-heels, put them on and went out to town.” ― Ljupka Cvetanova, The New Land

Although nowadays, like we already established, we heavily associate the high heeled shoe with the female sex, this hasn’t always been the case. In fact, the high heeled shoe came into exitence as footwear for men. Well, the first “high heels” were actually some kind of plateau shoes in ancient Greece and Rome (called “Kothorni” and “Buskins”), worn by male theatre actors to be recognized – the taller the plateau, the more important the actor and the more important his role (clearly, a hierarchy based on heel heights was there from the beginning – something we will find again in bimbofication theory later on in this series!). Later on, in the 15th century, this trend continued, with shoes called “Chopines”, which also had a plateau determined by the social status of the wearer. The idea behind this was very practical, because the plateau of the shoes, elevated the wearer away from the filth and mud of the streets. The first “real” high heels (meaning, shoes with a higher heel and a lowered – or normal – sole) came up in the early 1500s, brought to Europe from the Middle East. These shoes were riding boots, possessing a higher heel to make it easier for the horseman to find stability in the stirrups. European Officers and members of the cavalry (who often were nobles) quickly noticed the benefits of these items and adapted them, which led to riding boots with a higher heel becoming symbols of nobility and power. Independent from their pracital use and benefits, this symbolism developed a momentum of its own and soon thereafter, again, the height of the heels of a man were evidence of his might and class – without the connection to riding boots or horses at all. Based on the logic to visualize the power of a person via the height of his heels, the first accounted female wearer of high heels appeared: Queen Elizabeth I (a painting from 1595 showcasing her, wearing a pair of high heeled leather shoes). Until 1789, when the French revolution kicked in, male and female shoes were more or less the same, following the logic of “high heel = more power”, although shoes for men were mere practical and shoes for women tended to be more decorative, with ribbons and laces. One can assume, that rolling noble heads in the streets of Paris, indicated a good time to be a little more “down to earth” and to be a little more sparing with showing off wealth, power and noble status, which led to the disappearance of high heeled shoes… for now. In those times, two things happened: Bedevilled high heeled shoes became a symbol for witchcraft (yeah, sexy witches wearing high heels were a thing back then…), and, because the plebs couldn’t distance themselves enough from nobility, the forerunner of the “ballerina” shoe was born, worn by absolutely most women in those times (like today. Fucking sucks, man). It wasn’t until the 1850s, when the high heel reappeared – but this time, solely as a thing for females! This point in time, marks the moment, when the high heel became something completely identified with the female sex! Again, it was a symbol of higher social status (although not THAT high, like in older times…), showcasing, that a women wearing high heeled shoes, didn’t have to deal with more practical footwear in order to get her work done – this is why these shoes were considered “classic ladies shoes”. A brief period followed, in which shoes with higher heels became more or less “standard” for every girl in Europe and America, interrupted by two regrettable World Wars (although, due to pin up girls like Betty Grable, whose pictures were often the sole companions of American soldiers, who always showcased herself wearing some high heels, there was a drastic increase in the relationship between high heels and female sexuality). So, from this point on in history, two very important factors were established: 1. The connection between high heels and SOLELY females (rendering high heeled shoes as strictly feminine footwear) and 2. The connection between high heels and female sexuality! It was back then, when it was really recognized, that every pose, every posture and every move a girl makes, becomes more sexy when she is wearing high heels. Helen Fisher, a famous sex anthropologist told “Today” in 2009 about these discoveries: “High heels thrust out the buttocks and arch the back into a natural mammalian courting — actually, copulatory — pose called ‘lordosis,’“. What is missing…? Oh, yes: In 1954, the first “real” high heeled, stiletto was born – The “Aiguille” heel, designed by Dior’s Roger Vivier… and it was a sensation! This is the true turning point! The stiletto (named after the Italian word for a very thin dagger) was immediately taken as a serious sex symbol and utilized by beauty icons in Hollywood and elsewhere – above all, the celestial Marilyn Monroe. After that: Dark times… the upcoming womens rights movement in the 60s and 70s quickly targeted high heels as symbols of oppression and inequality – a position so downright stupid that I don’t even want to waste my time talking about it.

However, this is a good time to come up with an anecdote regarding high heels as a symbol of power or oppression: Back in the days, when I started the PBA of tumblr, every now and then mentioning, that bimbos have to wear high heels all the time – I got messages from members of the BDSM-community who were following me, mostly enjoying my stuff (happy if you still do, guys), complaining about the statements I made regarding these matters. You see, for many members of the BDSM community a “slave”, which gets often compared to the “trainee” in bimbofication is often not only not allowed to wear high heels – but in fact, no shoes at all! There is a simple logic behind that: Shoes are merely the bare minimum a human has to wear to NOT be considered “a primitive being”. Shoes are a fundamental invention of our civilization, separating the human being from animals. Taking shoes away from a person, degrades that being to nothing more than an object, a primitive wildling from whom are withheld even the most basic achievements of mankind – A mere slave, without any possessions or power. Without shoes – you can’t run away, you can’t fight, you can’t stand your ground and you can’t defend yourself. Of course, this is very desirable in the BDSM community, stripping a slave down until he/she is bare, vulnerable, naked and defenseless. Taking his/her shoes away can be considered a symbolic act in these terms. On the other hand: Did you ever wonder why dominatrices often prefer to wear sky high stiletto heels? Or why there is often the expectation for them to do so? Of course – because they symbolize power and might in terms of the BDSM community (very likely connected to the origins of high heeled shoes, like we already discussed). So, there is that, regarding high heels as symbols of power or oppression…

But bimbofication is not BDSM (at least, not compulsorily) – so my point regarding bimbos and high heels still stands – and we WILL talk about power levels and hierarchies of bimbos in relation to the height of their heels later on in this series. For now, let us continue with the modern times of our brief history of high heels: In the 80s and 90s – the high heels had a comeback, right on time for the awakening of the early bimbofication movement, when many of our beloved classic rolemodels emerged. Not only were pornstars absolutely unthinkable without high heels (one of the reasons why porn from these times is much better than nowadays stuff: The girls always kept their heels on – during the complete thing! Like it should be! Compare THAT to the absolutely atrocious stuff we have today…), but also, if a normal girl wanted to be hip and hot – there was NO way around high heels! Which leads us to today… again, dark times, despite us living at the same time as high heel popes Christian Louboutin and others – or huge fashion labels, like YSL providing us with the most beautiful, most feminine and best high heels ever designed. Barely ANY girl in the western world wears high heels daily, most of them can’t even walk in them, many of them do not favor them or even possess some. I dare you: Go out there, have a walk downtown and tell me how many girls you can actually spot wearing high heels… I’d be surprised if it is more than 1% – unless you live in Eastern Europe or certain areas in Great Britain, where the world still is acceptable:

They [Western girls] are the ones in the comfortable shoes. Locals would never go out without high heels. They see their femininity as a strength whereas in the West, women see it as weakness.” – Irish Times (https://www.irishtimes.com/culture/where-ugly-men-can-get-the-girl-1.1098843)

By the way, this is only one of the reasons (among MANY others!), why so many men in the Western world DO prefer girls from those areas, like Eastern Europe, where girls don’t only casually wear high heels every day, but also tend to be much more feminine compared to the bloodcurdling “females” we have in the rest of the world… Coincidence? Not really, if you ask me. But this leads us to the next chapter: WHY IS it feminine, what are the benefits, why are high heels important and why are they so crucial for bimbofication? Let’s find out, closing the history section with a quote from design-genius, fashion icon, successful business woman and emancipated female, Vivienne Westwood:

Shoes must have very high heels and platforms to put women’s beauty on a pedestal.” – Vivienne Westwood

The benefits of high heels – Facts

Keep your heels, head, and standards high.” – Coco Chanel

Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world.” – Marilyn Monroe

There are many reasons, why females should wear high heels regularly – the benefits are sheer endless and consist of a huge spectrum of different aspects, from positive effects on the body and individual body parts, over benefitial changes to the posture and movements, conducive impacts on charisma and visual appeal, to favorable consequences for the psyche of the wearer and any observer. In addition: Wearing high heels is a strong message and contains a powerful symbolism. All of these factors are absolutely crucial when it comes to bimbofication – so from here on, we will talk about the most convincing arguments and have a look some independent studies, examining all of the above mentioned factors.

1. Positive effects on the female body

A woman’s beauty lies, not in any exaggeration of the specialized zones, nor in any general harmony that could be worked out by means of the sectio aurea or a similar aesthetic superstition; but in the arabesque of the spine.” – John Updike (Pigeon Feathers and Other Stories)

There are obvious changes to the female body once a girl puts on her high heeled stiletto shoes – many of which you already know, like the visual stretching of the legs or, obviously, the increased height of the wearer overall, but did you know, that these effects actually were studied and examined? The most obvious first: Our society favors people who are tall – it is as easy as that. There is even a connection between the height of a person and his/her earnings! Although it is perceived as favorable for a female to be shorter than a male (by both sexes), comparatively taller women are rated more attractive. But not only does society judge people based on their height – people judge themselves based on their height! Oxford University found out, that the majority of short women are also short on self-confidence – in addition, body height has also an impact on how a person rates her social status. High heels, not surprisingly, increase the height of a female, letting her appear taller which has positive effects on herself and the way she perceives her surroundings. The taller the heel – the greater the increase in height! Even more interesting than the effects of sheer height, are the effects of different body/leg-ratios: A team of scientists from the University of Wroclaw examined how attractive females were rated, based on different body/leg-ratios. Turned out, females with at least 5% longer legs than average were rated the most attractive and were massively favored! This is not without a reason: Long legs are perceived as VERY attractive and aesthetically pleasing, most likely based on very grounded facts: “Long legs are a sign of health” (Boguslaw Pawlowski, leader of the team to the New Scientist magazine), while shorter legs are indicators for a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. High heels do visually stretch the legs, letting them appear much longer, slimmer and more prominent! From body parts that get longer and taller by wearing high heels, let us come to something that gets visually smaller: The feet. Let us be honest here – feet are ugly. Apart from folks who have a fetish for them, nobody likes feet. They are weird, dirty and aesthetically not very pleasing. This view is shared by most men, who absolutely prefer women with tinier, smaller and more dainty feet. Tiny feet are considered cute, graceful and, following an independet study of the University at Albany, absolutely more feminine! Men were three-and-a-half times as likely to pick a female with tiny feet and almost 10 times as likely to say she was more feminine, compared to females with larger feet. High heels do not only cover up the feet of a women (this alone is reason enough to ALWAYS wear them), also, they visually decrease the size of them, letting them appear smaller, tinier, cuter and way more feminine. Margaret Visser, who writes on social customs, wrote in “The Way We Are”:

There has always been a preference for tiny feet in women: Even prehistoric Venuses’ legs tend to taper to a point… High heels and skimpy shoes reduce feet.” – Margaret Visser (The Way We Are)

We are going up the body again: Due to body tension by wearing high heels, the butt gets lifted by 20% – 30%, which lets every female appear much younger, healthier and attractive! One of the greatest impacts high heels have on the female body deals with the general posture and changes affecting the back and the spine. In a great, independent study, a team of scientists and psychology experts examined if high heels affect the so called “Lumbar curvature“, and with that the overall attractiveness of females, assuming to simulate “Lordosis behaviour” by influencing the beforementioned lumbar curvature with the help of high heels. The lumbar curvature is the arc between your upper back and your buttocks which curves dorsoventrally so that its apex points towards the abdomen during “lordosis behaviour”. What is “lordosis behaviour”? Well, it is the naturally occuring body posture for sexual receptivity to copulation present in most mammals. For example, this is the posing female cats perform “when in heat” and during copulation. But what does this have to do with high heels and human females? This is exactly the question that team of scientist tried to clear up: The experts took two pictures of each girl from a big group, one in which she was wearing flat shoes – and one in which she was wearing high heels. To make sure, that no other aspects would compromise the study, and to make sure that the high heels themselves wouldn’t be a factor, they cropped each image to just showcase the body from the shoulders to a point shortly under the knee. This way, it could be ensured, that the level of attractiveness would not be influenced by estimations regarding the length of the legs, the general appeal of the girl, her height or the shoes themselves. Just the lumbar curvature made a difference between the two pictures of each girl, which was measured with and without high heels beforehand. After that, they asked a test group of men to rate the attractiveness of each girl, showing them all pictures in a randomized order. Turned out, that each women exhibited approximately 2° “greater lumbar curvature” on average, coming closer to the theoretical ideal value of exactly 45.5° with high heels on. This led to a clear and distinct observation: In general, women wearing high heels, coming closer to the ideal lumbar curvature, were regarded as vastly more attractive and feminine. Of course, this directly connects to the next benefits a women gains when she wears high heeled shoes: Overall, the body does not only appear taller, but with that, also thinner and more petite, a change in appeal that gets even more support through high heels, because the female wearer is pressed into a slight hollow back and an upright posture, that does not only pull her belly in, but also thrusts the breasts forward, making them appear much more voluminous and prominent. This lets the breast appear much larger and even standing up more, resembling the lift-effect we already saw occurting to her butt. What else could a girl want? Her breasts become larger and her belly and bodyshape slimmer! To see a summary of all positive aspects for the body of a female wearing high heels, have a look at the papers above!

In conclusion, the findings reported in this study showed that a woman wearing high heels was selected as the sexier, prettier, younger, the more elegant and with the more attractive legs and buttocks. These results was reported even if the participants could not see her shoes and feet. The same pattern of findings was reported both with male and female participants suggesting that wearing high heels increased overall attractive-ness of the target. Such findings also support the assumption that high heels could act as secondary sexual characteristics that increase the attractiveness of women to men.” – Judgments toward women wearing high heels: a forced choice evaluation – Nicolas Guéguen, Jordy Stefan and Quentin Renault – (https://core.ac.uk/download/pdf/81556199.pdf)

2. Positive effects on the female posture and movements

Always wear high heels. Yes, they give you power. you move differently, sit differently and even speak differently.” – Carine Roitfeld

When a woman puts on a heel, she has a different posture, a different attitude. She really stands up and has a consciousness of her body.” – Christian Louboutin

You put high heels on and you change.” – Manolo Blahnik

It is a fact, that the whole posture, every movement and the whole charisma of a girl changes, when she puts on those high heeled stilettos. But in which ways and what exactly are the benefits? Well, of course, also these factors are subject of a multitude of independent, scientific studies. The first study, performed by the University of Portsmouth, tried to examine the following hypothesis: The idea is, that women usually walk differently compared to men and high heels may help exaggerate this particularly feminine aspect of gait. The team attached light point markers to relevant body parts of different females, so that only these moving markers could be shown to a mixed test group, without exposing factors like the shoes or the general appeal of the females which would influence the results. The female participants were filmed, walking up and down, one time with flat shoes, the other time with high heels. These recordings were shown to the beforementioned mixed test subjects, who were asked which movements seemed to be more feminine and attractive. The results were definite: For all walkers, attractiveness was rated MUCH higher in heels compared with the flat shoes condition. Interestingly, both, males and females judged high heels to be more attractive and both sexes always agreed on which were the attractive and unattractive walks. The results indicate, at least, that the female walk is regarded as much more attractive when wearing high heels:

The biomechanical results are also consistent with the theory that wearing high heels makes women look more attractive by making them more feminine, as the effect of heels was to exaggerate some sex-specific elements of female gait including: greater pelvic rotation, increased vertical motion at the hip, shorter strides and higher number of steps per minute.” – Psychology Today – Why High Heels Make Women More Attractive (https://www.psychologytoday.com/intl/blog/slightly-blighty/201508/why-high-heels-make-women-more-attractive)

Do not forget, that bimbo rolemodel Marilyn Monroe nearly caused car accidents, just by the way she walked in high heels! This is a well known effect:

Stilettos or even pumps can accentuate the sex-specific elements of a woman’s walk. They make the feet smaller and cause you to sway your hips more, attracting more attention.” – Pittsburgh Health Care Report – Need More Confidence? Wear High Heels! (https://www.pittsburghhealthcarereport.com/need-more-confidence-wear-high-heels/)

Men DO prefer girls walking in high heels, making small and elegant steps, instead of hasting around. This is an observation Christian Louboutin made too:

One moves more slowly in heels. Walking fast is neither sexy nor engaging. Nobody notices the people who race around. If you’re walking in heels, you’ve got time. It’s much more attractive.” – Christian Louboutin

A shoe is not only a design, but it’s a part of your body language, the way you walk. The way you’re going to move is quite dictated by your shoes.” – Christian Louboutin

But apart from the gait, what else is there? If you read the quotes above, like the one from Carine Roitfeld, you already have an idea what we are going to talk about next. Yes, a women walks, stands, moves and even sits differently when she is wearing high heels. The whole body is forced into an upstanding, straight posture, appearing much more elegant, graceful, more erect and feminine. The legs of a female are pushed through and look much more defined and beautiful. All movements in which the legs of a girl are included, do just gain elegance, grace and sexual tension with high heels only, like switching your legs when sitting with your legs crossed! In fact, most girls and women actually intuitively know this and adapt the typical “high heel” posture even if they are not wearing any in certain situations, like when they are in front of a camera: To simulate the visual benefits of wearing high heels, the feet are stretched, the girl in question commences to stand on tiptoes (exactly simulating the foot-posture of high heels!), the back is pushed into a slight hollow back and the legs are stretched, much like she would perform the pidgeon-toed stand! Of course, without high heels, this is just a mere, pathetic simulation, but it proves that almost all girls naturally know about these benefits and try to profit from them when it is necessary, even without wearing high heels. Talking about feet postures, there are some benefits here also:

What is sexual in a high heel is the arch of the foot, because it is exactly the position of a woman’s foot when she orgasms… So putting your foot in a heel, you are putting yourself in a possibly orgasmic situation.” – Christian Louboutin

This is a valuable consideration, and the reason why every bimbo should ALWAYS stretch her feet (not only just under special circumstances)! However, this is not only a subliminal influence for the high heels wearing girl – it is also a subliminal message for every male observer, who will simply not be able to resist this visual appeal. In the end, it is fair to say, that every movement and every posture a girl performs, appears much more greaceful, feminine, sexy, elegant, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing than without high heels!

3. Positive effects for the female from her surroundings

A good shoe is one that doesn’t dress you but undresses you.” – Christian Louboutin

Most females actually care about how they are perceived by men. And especially bimbos should absolutely care about that! Being a bimbo consists in huge parts of the idea of grabbing attention, especially MALE attention, and to be visually pleasing, feminine and beautiful. In this part of this article, we are going to examine how high heels wearing females are perceived by their surroundings and what their advantages are compared to females wearing flats – if there are any (SPOILER: There are MANY!). Of course, all the studies above already proved that men (and even women) prefer high heels wearing females and find them much more attractive and feminine – but there are even more studies, examining the direct connection of heels and male attention: A group of scientists conducted different experiments. In the first case, they equipped women with flat shoes, medium heeled shoes and high heels and let them approach men in public, asking them to participate in a short survey about gender equality (and in a second casse about local food habit consumption). About 42% of men responded positively to girls wearing flat shoes, 60% to girls wearing medium heels and astounding 82% to girls wearing high heels! In another experiment, it was examined if men are more likely to help a girl if she wears high heels. Of course they do: A female wearing flats first, then medium heels, then high heels – dropped a glove “without noticing”, and it was observed if nearby men would help her, picking up the glove and bringing it to her. Men’s readiness to help out augmented by one third from flat shoes to the high heels! Another experiment tried to find out if women who are wearing high heels get approached by men faster: Girls sitting in a neutral bar, again, with flats, medium heels and high heels, were waiting until they were approached by an interested male. It took the girl with flats 14 minutes until she was approached, the girl with medium heels 11 minutes and the girl with high heels 7 minutes! Overall, it is safe to say, that females wearing high heels, are at least twice as attractive, feminine and sexually interesting than females without high heels.

Women’s shoe heel size exerts a powerful effect on men’s behavior, (…) simply put, they make women more beautiful.” – Nicolas Gueguen (Medical Express – “Study proves high heels do have power over men”)

4. Positive effects on the female psyche

High heels make a woman 25% more dominant 50% more self secure and 100% more sexy.” – Marilyn Monroe

High heels can always put you in a good mood. The more depressed you are, the higher the heels you should wear.” – Anna Dello Russo

Right in the beginning, we already talked about self-confidence and the benefits high heels provide in these terms. But what do the actual studies say? In one survey, females were ask if high heels have positive effects on them: 97% said, that high heels make them feel more attractive, sexy and confident. Another study claims: “Our evidence synthesis clearly shows that high heels bring psychosexual benefits to women (…).” (The 2016 HIGh Heels: Health effects And psychosexual BenefITS (HIGH HABITS) study: systematic review of reviews and additional primary studies). And there is more: Another study confirmed, that women tend to make use of the positive effects of high heels, when they deal with a male they find interesting: “When females imagined an interaction with an attractive male, preferences for high heels steeply increased compared with a scenario with an unattractive male.” (Wearing high heels as female mating strategy) This doesn’t surprise – but also, women report, that they feel happier, better and more satisfied with themselves, when wearing high heels:

I’ve always liked dressing up. And I love a high heel the higher the better. I just feel funny in flats.” – Rachel McAdams

How can you live the high life if you do not wear the high heels?” – Sonia Rykiel

5. Positive effects and symbolism

A woman can carry a bag, but it is the shoe that carries the woman.” – Christian Louboutin

The higher the better. It’s more about an attitude. High heels empower women in a way.” – Christian Louboutin

By now, we know everything about the importance of high heels for femininity. They are a symbol of femininity and the female heritage – a symbol of feminine power, independence, beauty and sex. At least, high heels are a so called “supernormal stimulus“! So, by wearing high heels, a girl commits a symbolic act. Especially a bimbo benefits from this symbolism greaty, because it directly connects to all the other decisions she made regarding her affiliation to hyper femininity. It is a MESSAGE. By doing this, a female makes clear how she sees herself – HOW SHE WANTS TO BE SEEN and where she stand with her own personality and her own sexuality. A girl can take great pride and elation in showcasing her ideals and femininity so boldly and deliberately, which, of course, rewards her with a boost in moral, self-confidence and proudness. Don’t be shy – make use of your femininity and be proud of it! This will set you truly free!

6. Positive effects regarding the shoes themselves

A shoe has so much more to offer than just to walk.” – Christian Louboutin

There is something undeniably stylish about high heels. Just have a look at Christian Louboutins “So Kate” heels, and tell me that those don’t look like a well-designed super sports car. An elegant, stylish, swift lineflow, swung curves, steep, dramatic, thrilling angles, shimmering, glossy coating… everything here is designed to be an aesthetic dream – an eye catching piece of art, a luxury product and something to show off status and classiness… mind you, I’m NOT talking about the car… Pristine craftsmanship and excellent design work come together to create a master piece of optimized, pristine composition, where every line, every angle, every surface and every curve is thought out to radiate elegance and beauty:

I hate the idea of natural. For example, I prefer gardens to wild nature. I like to see the human touch. High heels are a complete invention – an extravagance. They’re far from natural, but it’s the impracticality that I adore. I prefer the useless to the useful, the sophisticated to the natural.” – Christian Louboutin

Sophistication – that’s the keyword here! Yes, this artificially created and optimized object, solely existing to be visually pleasing, is a very fitting addition to the whole idea of bimbofication, where trying to reach perfection and a level of aesthetical divinity with the help of human intervention and enhancements is one of the most important goals. No flat shoe, no chuck, no ballerina, no sports shoe can EVER offer these aspects. They will always look clumsy, plump, coarse, primitive and undemanding compared to high heels – and these are attributes, that are directly connected to the female wearer! Yes, a girl wearing flat shoes looks like a stocky yokel – there is no way around it, while a girl wearing high heels looks either like a professional, self-confident female, or a classy and graceful princess (or both)! When did flat shoes write history or pop culture? NEVER! But if you have a look at shoes with higher heels, there are countless of examples of them influencing our culture (Cinderella’s glass shoes, Dorothy’s red slippers, Vivian Ward’s Overknee boots and, of course, there is the whole Sex and the City stuff… ). High heels are treated as “unnecessary luxury objects” and items that scream “style over function” – but that is exactly why they are so powerful. High heels provide something “practical shoes” never can provide: Style, femininity, elegance and beauty – that’s what they are made for. A bimbo knows this and really appreciates it – because she is that princess among yokels.

In Bimbofication – Conclusion

Uggs: Actually I’d never be caught dead leaving the house in Uggs. ALWAYS wear heels!” – Paris Hilton

I hope by now it has become clear why we feature so many strict rules on the PBA, that are meant to bring bimbo trainees and bimbos to wear high heels constantly. Yes, a bimbo wears high heels (almost) ALL the time – and no – flat shoes are (almost) NEVER an option for a bimbo. We successfully demonstrated how important high heels are for femininity and why, and the fact, that I dedicate a whole multiple parts series with a 10 pages long introduction to this topic, should already make clear how absolutely crucial high heels are when it comes to bimbofication. Flat shoes are ALWAYS ugly, primitive and coarse! ALWAYS! Do not trust your best friend when she tells you “how cute” or “how beautiful” those flat shoes are you saw in the shopwindow. IT IS NOT TRUE! In fact, it is IMPOSSIBLE for flat shoes to be something else than ugly and disgusting. A bimbo knows this – and respects all the facts we gathered above. Bimbofication is all about ultra femininity and there is nothing else so feminine in its core like a high heeled stiletto shoe. Never forget this: Bimbos wear high heels, (nearly) ALL THE TIME, following the multitude of rules and lessons we already talked about (here, here, here, here and here) and the ones that will follow. A female CAN NOT be a bimbo without high heels! If you are serious about being a bimbo – you respect that and follow these simple guidelines. I think we gathered enough reasons to be quite compelling. So, this is it for now, stay tuned for the next parts of our new, multiple parts series about bimbos and high heels, until then, go out there, be a good bimbo, and practice walking in the most beautiful high heels you have. I’ll leave you with this:

Life is short, your heels shouldn’t be.” – Brian Atwood
